We employ a staff of 30+ professionals to include project schedulers, program control analysts, and risk management analysts. Regulus can provide and execute a full scope EVMS comparing an organization’s current processes and procedures to the established best practices. Budget planning, spend plan tracking, and financial analysis are vital to managing the research, development, procurement, and deployment of complex systems. Regulus provides financial management support across the directorates within the FAA's Program Management Organization. We develop budget and financial status documentation to prepare for critical budget formulation and execution activities and leverage our relationships to facilitate a common understanding and collaboration across stakeholder groups. We have combined our knowledge of the governance, processes, and experience with the FAA to reliably achieve program objectives.
